Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SwipeMagnet (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SwipeMagnet provides AI‑assisted image generation tailored for dating profile photos. You upload images to train a personal model (LoRA), select or provide scenarios, and receive generated images.

3. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for safeguarding your credentials.

4. License and Restrictions

We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal use.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service or its content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Remove proprietary notices or infringe intellectual property rights
• Use the Service in violation of law or to transmit harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems

5. Content & Generated Images

You retain rights to your uploads. By uploading, you grant SwipeMagnet a license to process your content for training your personal model and generating images per your requests. You are responsible for the lawful use of your uploads and prompts.

6. Intellectual Property

SwipeMagnet, its models, workflows, software, and all related content are owned by SwipeMagnet or its licensors and protected by applicable laws. These Terms grant no rights except as expressly stated.

7. Third‑Party Services

The Service may integrate third‑party services (e.g., Replicate for compute). We are not responsible for third‑party content or services.

8. Pricing and Payment

Access to generation is gated by a one‑time payment (hard paywall). Prices may change from time to time. Payments are processed by third‑party providers; taxes and fees may apply.

Unless otherwise stated, purchases are final. Refunds, if any, are at our discretion or per platform policy.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SWIPEMAGNET DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SWIPEMAGNET WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOOD‑WILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SwipeMagnet, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim or demand arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your country of residence to the extent permitted, otherwise by the laws of Norway, without regard to conflict of laws.
