Introduction

SwipeMagnet ("we," "our," or "us") provides an AI image generation service that creates realistic, candid-style dating profile photos based on images you upload and lifestyle inputs you provide. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how long we keep it, and your choices.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account & Contact Data

Name, email address, and related account details.

1.2 Photos You Upload

Photos you provide (10–30 selfies) to train your personal photo model. These images may include your face.

We do not collect or use Apple TrueDepth or Face ID data. We do not create biometric identifiers or perform identity verification.

1.3 Derived Model Artifacts (Personal LoRA / Embeddings)

From your uploaded photos we create a small personalized model file (often called a LoRA or embedding) that captures visual features needed to generate new images of you.

This file is used only for your account to generate images and is never sold.

1.4 Lifestyle & Prompts

Optional lifestyle metadata you provide (e.g., surfer, hiker).

Optional short text prompts you type for scenarios.

1.5 Generated Content

Metadata about generated images (e.g., timestamps, scenario types, success/failure states).

Generated images themselves remain in your account until you delete them.

1.6 Usage & Device Data

Log data, pages viewed, diagnostic information to maintain and improve the service.

1.7 Payment Data

Payments are processed by our payment processor. We receive only limited information necessary to confirm payment.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the SwipeMagnet service.
• Train and run your personal model (LoRA) to generate images you request.
• Process payments and provide support communications.
• Maintain safety, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
• Develop new features, scenarios, and model improvements (where permitted).

We do not use your photos, LoRA, or generated images for advertising or sale.

3. Sharing Your Information

We may share information in these limited circumstances:

• With service providers (e.g., Google Cloud Platform for storage/hosting, GPU compute providers like Replicate for model training/inference) who process data strictly on our behalf.
• To comply with law, protect rights and safety, and respond to lawful requests.
• With your consent or at your direction.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Data Retention

• Uploaded training photos: Retained so they remain available for potential re-training. You may delete them at any time in Settings → Data & Privacy → Delete training photos.
• Personal LoRA / embeddings: Retained for as long as your account is active, since they are required to generate images. You may delete your personal model at any time in Settings → Data & Privacy → Delete my personal model, but doing so will disable image generation until a new model is trained.
• Generated images: Retained until you delete them or delete your account.
• Account deletion: Immediately deletes all your photos, personal model, and generated images from oursystems.

5. Your Rights & Controls

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

• Access, correct, or delete your personal information
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Request data portability
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

In-app controls:

• Delete training photos
• Delete your personal model
• Delete your account (which deletes all data)

6. Data Security

We employ reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is role-based and audited. No method is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

7. Eligibility

SwipeMagnet is intended for individuals aged 18 and over.

8. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy periodically. Changes will be posted here with an updated “Last Updated” date.
